North Country Storage Barns we
are able to deliver all buildings that we sell. We have a custom built trailer trailer designed to enable us to delivery building to your backyard. Our four wheel drive trucks enables us to delivery into difficult spots. Our drivers are experienced and are able to deliver to the exact spot that you want your buildings. |
Delivery Area
We will deliver anywhere in the state of New York. Delivery outside of New York is available at additional cost. Please contact us for a quote on deliveries outside the state of New York.
Free Delivery Within 20 Miles
North Country will deliver all buildings within 20 miles at no charge. Charge after 20 miles is $2.00 per loaded mile. Delivery is usually added at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for ruts in lawns or trimming branches to enable delivery of buildings.
Escort
Any structure over 14' Wide
needs to be delivered with a NYS certified escort vehicle.
Site Preparation
North Country also offers site preparation. We suggest that a level base of stone is created to place building on. We recommend a base slightly larger than building. A 8' x 10' building requires a base of about 9' x 11'. Stone or shale should be 4-6" deep. A level site is vary important especially with larger buildings. Buildings placed on uneven bases cause doors and windows to work improperly. A laser or transit level is highly recommended.
