​You can request a quote at the bottom of this page, and one of our friendly sales staff will get in touch, or you may use our price quoter.  It will walk you through all available options and sizes for your structure and then email you your personalized quote at the end of the process. If you are one of our many customers interested in our Rent To Own program, it will also provide you with down payment and monthly cost options.

WE HAVE A LOCAL BANK OPTION AND RENT-TO-OWN

Any structure may be financed by AmeriCU or you can do Rent-To-Own with us! To be considered for an AmeriCU loan, complete the AmeriCU application and send to tinal@americu.org or fax to 315-773-3959. ​​​You only need to send in pages 1 and 3 of the file. Page 2 is unnecessary.  Once received, Tina, from AmeriCU will contact you shortly to confirm information, and you should receive a decision within a few hours.

Our Rent-To-Own program was designed for an absolutely “no credit required” alternative to the common rental storage units in the state of New York.  Rent-To-Own is a rental program that allows you to make monthly payments on any of the following items:

SHED OPTIONS

Should I buy an in-stock shed or order one?

There are advantages to both! An in-stock shed will be delivered sooner. An ordered shed can be customized to your liking and special needs.

How long will it take before I get my shed?

Your salesperson will let you know depending on the current order load. Rest assured, it will be asap! One way to expedite it would be to purchase an in-stock shed. They're already built and ready to be scheduled for delivery!

Do you have payment options?

Absolutely! We have a rent-to-own program (click on the logo for detailed information) or you may buy it outright with 20% down and the balance due at delivery.

Who prepares the site?

You may do it yourself, or we can do it for you for an additional fee. It's very important that the site is level, and we have the professional tools to make sure it is! 

Site Prep Details

Where should it be placed?

• We suggest close to wherever you need it. Usually, it's close to the home, but it depends on its purpose. Ex: near the pool as a pool house, near the garden as a potting house.
• Somewhere with good drainage
• Ideally a dry, sunny location

Do I need a permit?

Definitely. It's up to the customer to obtain the necessary permit from their local code official.

Will my shed be fully assembled?

Absolutely!  Your shed will be handcrafted right here in NY by our experienced crew.  We do send kits if prearranged, but this would only happen if delivery with a truck and trailer is impossible, and you approved it.
