Pricing Errors:
If an order is submitted at an incorrect price for any reason such as incorrect pricing due to outdated information or typos, North Country Storage Barns reserves the right to refund or cancel any order placed at the wrong price with a full refund. No discount can be added or substituted at any time. Past sales and promotions do not apply to current sales.
Quotes and Estimates:
North Country Storage Barns is pleased to provide quotes and estimates to our customers on any of the products we offer. Understand these are "estimates" and the actual prices are open to change from the time the estimate is given and when the products are ordered. Quotes are provided to customers that provide us a valid contact name, phone, email, billing address, and destination address for the quoted product(s).
Payment Terms:
North Country Storage Barns accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks for shipments within the US and Canada. For international shipments, a certified bank check is the only payment accepted, and once the shipment departs no refunds are provided.
Shipping Locations:
North Country Storage Barns products are available for shipment to any physical location in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, US Military APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. Shipments are made from our location to the customer's location, and delivery can include set up performed by North Country Storage Barns employees and or contractors hired by North Country Storage Barns. We are not responsible for ruts, lawn damage and / or property damage incurred during the delivery / set up ordered product(s). Set up must be specified at order placement and if not, the delivery carrier is only responsible to bring the product to the address specified on the order. The carrier is not responsible for unloading and /or set up unless agreed upon and paid for in advance.
Foreign Shipping:
North Country Storage Barns products are available for shipment outside of the US and Canada, and all products will be shipped as kits ONLY. Freight terms must be agreed upon at order placement. These kitted products will be packed and shipped by common carrier / ocean freight suppliers and damages during transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Once the product(s) are at the destination country, North Country Storage Barns is not responsible for returns, damages, and or exchanges of the products ordered.
Shipping Charges:
North Country Storage Barns offers shipping for all orders, and quotes will be provided and agreed upon at order placement. International orders must be paid in full before production and the shipment departs our location. If the customer would like to arrange shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange pick up at our facility and delivery. Full payment is required before production starts.
Lead times:
The time it takes to process your order and manufacture the product(s) varies in length. In most cases, orders in stock are shipped one day after the order is placed. If not in stock, the production lead times can be from 1 - 8 weeks in length. Consult your sales person on lead times when the order is placed.
Orders placed are usually shipped Monday - Friday.

North Country Storage Barns agrees to provide all materials or product as specified and to perform all labor as specified. North Country Storage Barns is not responsible for ruts or lawn damage resulting from delivery of any building or product. North Country Storage Barns reserves the right to change or cancel delivery dates due to weather or conditions deemed unsafe for delivery. All structures built by North Country Storage Barns have a (1) One Year warranty on materials and labor from posted delivery date of product. All custom orders require a 20% nonrefundable deposit, balance payable on delivery unless specified otherwise. Your signature on the sales order indicates your agreement to these basic terms and conditions. Rent-to-Own is a 36 month lease, which at the time of completion, results in the transfer of ownership to you (see RTO Terms and conditions). These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
